Hydro-Québec has launched a new phase in its corporate advertising campaign that highlights customer services.
“Hydro-Québec is committed to improving its customer services, and every day, the challenge to serve you better guides our employees,” explained Éric Martel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hydro-Québec.
“You can count ON us.”
The “You can count ON us” campaign emphasizes our commitment to serve customers better, with extended hours, online services and quick response times to restore power in case of outages.
Hydro-Québec is investing $1.5 million in this advertising campaign, which will run from September 18 to October 29. The budget covers production of a TV commercial and Web ads, as well as the purchase of advertising space in various other Québec media and content for social media.
