Press Release

The City of Dorval commissions two Electric Circuit public charging stations

The Electric Circuit is pleased to announce the signing of a partnership agreement with the City of Dorval, as well as the commissioning of two new public charging stations for electric vehicles. Visitors can now charge their cars in the parking lot of the Dorval Aquatic and Sports Complex, located at 1295, avenue Dawson.

“The environment is particularly important to us in Dorval, and installing these charging stations for electric vehicles was a must. The new sports complex that opened this past August was built with the highest possible environmental standards. It was obvious to us that we install these charging stations to be coherent and encourage Dorval residents to do even more for the environment,” said Mayor Edgar Rouleau.

« We are delighted that a city such as Dorval now offers a charging service to owners of electric vehicles,” added France Lampron, Director – Transportation Electrification at Hydro-Québec, on behalf of the Electric Circuit founding partners. With its two public charging stations, Dorval reiterates its commitment and support to citizens who choose to drive electric.”

The two new Dorval charging stations are in addition to the two already in service at Pierre-Elliott Trudeau Airport.

About the Electric Circuit
The Electric Circuit is the largest public charging network in Québec.
