Nomination of the Chairman of the Board of Hydro-Québec
This afternoon, the Québec Cabinet announced the nomination of Michael D. Penner as Chairman of the Board of Hydro-Québec as of today.
A native of Montréal and a lawyer by profession, Mr. Penner has a long history in business, both in Québec and internationally.
